This is a view west from the buildings in Koganei city (45 minutes west of Tokyo centre) towards Mt. Fuji (rather small - visible on horizon in upper middle of image). Has to be early in the morning on a clear day, (especially just after rain) for Mt. Fuji to be seen from Tokyo.
